Our Charity
With just one paid staff member and 16 volunteers spanning the three services, private sector, and industry, we have, and will continue to, make a meaningful impact to our Armed Forces personnel suffering through the effects of cancer.
Our charity is passionately committed to upholding rigorous standards derived from valuable lessons learned during years in the military. These standards apply to both those we assist and those who support us.
We prioritise our professional responsibilities as a charity and guardians of your trust above personal interests, embodying a dedication to serving others before ourselves.

Who we are
Military vs Cancer is a grant-giving charity providing emotional, financial, and practical support to military personnel, veterans, and their families affected by cancer.
Why It Matters
Cancer is life-changing. For military personnel—who often enlist young and are used to structure—it can be even harder to navigate. That’s where we come in. We provide a safe, understanding space and hands-on support.
What We Do
We offer grants, respite, and one-to-one support to serving and former members of the Armed Forces facing cancer. Our work brings light in the darkest moments. If you need support, please contact us here.

Support Needs Questionnaire
Completing the following questionnaire will allow us to look at what we can do differently, it will not trigger our support mechanisms. Completing the form gives us direction to ensure we are meeting the needs of our benefactors adequately and appropriately and keeping up with current treatments.

Event
Military vs Cancer’s biggest challenge to date. A combined total of over 1300 personnel made up of serving military, veterans and supporters will pull a 1-ton field gun from John O’Groats to Land’s End—over 1000 miles of grit, endurance, and sheer determination.
We take on this journey because it is hard—because it represents the hardship, the battle, and the heartache that cancer brings to so many lives. This is our opportunity to stand together, to fight together, and to make a difference.
